Set on freehold land with a lot size of approximately 20 ft × 65 ft, this single-storey residence was originally a dated three-bedroom, one-bathroom home. Through thoughtful space planning and a complete renovation by ProRevine, it has been transformed into a refined and comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom modern residence.

The master bedroom now features its own private en-suite bathroom, complete with a carefully planned separate wet and dry area for greater comfort and convenience. Both bathrooms are finished with elegant, high-quality tiles, creating a sophisticated and tranquil atmosphere reminiscent of a boutique hotel. Each bathroom is also equipped with an exhaust fan to effectively remove moisture and unpleasant odours, helping the space remain fresh, dry and comfortable.

At the heart of the home is a beautifully designed kitchen featuring an approximately 10-foot quartz-stone countertop, complemented by warm wood-grain cabinetry that offers a balance of elegance, durability and generous workspace.
