Set on a 22’ x 70’ double-storey terrace, with approximately 1,100 sq ft of built-up area, this residence underwent a full interior transformation focused entirely on owner-occupier comfort, functionality, and long-term livability.

From the moment you enter, the atmosphere is calm and intentional.
Warm wood-tone flooring runs seamlessly throughout the entire home, creating visual continuity and a sense of quiet luxury. All main doors, windows, and frames were fully upgraded, with larger glass panels introduced to enhance natural light and openness.

Reimagined Layout for Modern Living

Originally configured with five bedrooms and shared bathrooms, the layout was redesigned to suit contemporary lifestyles.
The front two upstairs bedrooms were reconfigured into a true master suite, complete with:
• A private ensuite bathroom
• A generously sized walk-in wardrobe

A centralized water heater system was installed for consistent hot water throughout the home, along with upgraded water piping to support long-term use and reliability.

The kitchen was completely redesigned with a modern, minimalist approach—prioritizing clarity, usability, and clean lines.
It integrates seamlessly with the overall interior language of the home, balancing function with understated elegance.

The ground floor also includes a guest bedroom with its own private bathroom, making it suitable for extended family stays or flexible use.
