What was once a tired, forgotten home — with mismatched levels, limited space, and aging infrastructure — has become a standout success story under the vision of Pro Revine.

This single-storey terrace (22’ x 70’) originally had 3 rooms, 1 bathroom, and a disjointed layout. On May 26, 2025, we began a total transformation. Within just 2 months, we extended the living hall and kitchen, raised the previously sunken dining area to match the living room level, and upgraded all plumbing, tangki, and electrical wiring.

To enhance comfort, we added:
• A new bathroom attached to the master room
• Air conditioning: 2HP in the living area and 1HP in each bedroom
• A modern autogate system
• Built-in 7.5kg washing machine and fridge-ready kitchen

The finish features warm wooden-style flooring, a cozy modern palette, and elevated greenery that revitalizes the curb appeal.

This once-rejected unit was sold within just one day of completion.
